At Portland Community College (PCC) I took a deep dive into CRM and discovered through first-hand experience that inbound marketing strategy and automation technology (HubSpot) offer a remarkable opportunity for small marketing teams to operate complex and measurable customer-centric integrated marketing campaigns.

As Marketing Manager for PCC’s non-credit division, I used our HubSpot account to market courses and programs for four distinct brands, dozens of unique programs, and hundreds of classes - the best part was that I could measure and tweak everything!
